How to ask

Email ngminhdung1311@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or license key if you have it handy. If something isn't working, you can ask for help first: that doesn't shorten your 3 days.

The refund goes back to your original payment method through Polar. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

After a refund

The license key is revoked, so Beaming goes back to Free on every Mac it was activated on.
